*All of our homes are smoke free, have central air and heat and are equipped with refrigerators and stoves. We have several microwaves in stock if you need one, no additional charge.
*Depending on the house you choose, we will either mow the lawn for you or there will be a complementary lawn mower for you to use.
*We welcome families, students, professors and coaches.
*We support NSU and La Tech and have rentals in Natchitoches and Ruston.
*Most of our homes have complimentary washers and dryers. (If you prefer your own, we will gladly remove ours.)


*Leases are 12 month.
